Waaaay more than fair in price, IMHO!

We had Acorn Lodge on the home tour in 2008.  The owners, Len and Robin, had done an incredible job of fixing up the lodge.  It had been their dream to own it for a long time.  I am so sad they are selling it.  Hope the next owner respects it and treats it as well as they did.

FYI, there is a shower in the guest house.  They had plans to turn two of the inside bathrooms into a larger bath with a shower.  Don't know if that was ever done.

Wish I had the money.  Would buy it in a flash!

I was just in the house, maybe labor day weekend. It is very cool inside and we toured the whole property. Yes it could use a shower/tub in the main house. Now I just need to find a good lottery ticket!
