Typically, you upload your photos to a photo hosting site like photobucket.com and then link to them in your post.

I clicked the image button and between the two [img] [img], I copy and pasted the url of my photo from flicker.

Flickr is a bit of a different beast..not sure which url you are using so look above your pic ....click images sizes..... Medium is good for this site....then look under the image... there will be html then there will be a url under that ...put that one between the image brackets. Don't forget the forward slash on the end one [/img]
