I'm gonna start over. ::)

I carry a camera when I hike and sometimes I see some people either carrying strange stuff or wearing funny stuff.
Today I saw three examples. All are on the Sam Merill Trail.
Pink fuzzy shoes.


Orange socks! They were really bright!

Oh that too funny. Reminds me of hiking at the Grand Canyon years ago. Seen all kinds of people wearing all kinds of things that most people wouldn't wear on a hike.

Yesterday I took a short romp on the snowshoes and played in my backyard for a bit...till my toes tingled and felt like I had no nose.

Bbbbrrr.....wish my swimming/fishing hole was heated.


Just thought this was kinda cool.

I was going to say there should be a photo contest for best winter picture but i think Tumblebush would win. Some great pictures you have taken

Thanks Angel. I was worried because the cold makes my lens cloud up sometimes. Hard shooting in the extreme cold.

I'm sure Angel or SD will have some mind blowing pics this winter along with everyone else. Me and my little antique camera can't hold a candle to some of the shots I've seen.

Don't think I'm going to be shooting much today. Got a temp of -10 right now and with the windchill it's probably close to
-20something and Tumbles wants to keep all her toes and fingers.
