Thanks!
I went down to took these for family friend, WWdreamn.
My daughter did not want to play this year, she prefers ballet and other "girly" adventures.  Too bad, but I didn't want to force her.  However, I have a little four year old boy in the bullpen. I think he will love it.

OOOHH! Nice pics. We didn't go, but I currently (and hopefully not for long) live about 4 or 5 miles to the north, if that much. I will not miss ONT noise, but there is no sweeter machine-made sound than that of those planes!

Thanks InMyDreams,
You are gonna love Wrightwood.  I moved there because I was in a grocery store in Rancho Cucamonga, with my kids, during an armed robbery.  I grew up in the area and that event was enough to motivate me.  Great place to raise kids, great schools, small community where you actualy get to know your neighbors.  People give you eye contact as you walk down the street, in the stores, and at the post office.....  Oops!!   :offtopic:

Love the old planes and air show, it has been quite a few years since I last visited.  Well done show, very well organized.

Ok, so I think I have some pretty good shots to post on here from Key West. How do I go about doing so?

I have a ton of pics but apparently the size of them won't all fit on photobucket.  So when I get more time I will figure out how to put more on here.  The first pic was taken from the trolly.  This is the most southern point of the united states.  The second pic is my daughter and I at Smather's Beach on Key West.  The weather was beautiful.  Not too humid because we had the ocean breeze all day.  Plus Key West is only 4 miles wide and 1 1/2 miles long.  Pretty small.  Trust me, I didn't want to come home.

Great pics everyone!

I saw this bird flying over my house earlier today (Phelan) and thought it was a hawk...but it was a Turkey Vulture! So I grabbed my camera. These are not the best photo's but the first I have taken of a turkey vulture. Are they common around here and I just have never noticed?

I enjoy taking photos of cars and planes, the other thing I enjoy doing is photo editing. This is pic of my Jeep a week or so after my Wife and I bought it.
I should post both before and after pics so you can see all that I did to the photo to make you draw attention to the Jeep, but I can't find the before.

                       Multi-tasking

There are quite a few of us that spend a lot of time post processing.   ;D

Hello again from the north country...... :wavey:

Taking a break from a little hike we took this morning. Pretty cool air show shots Forest 1 and the Turkey Vulture is cool too Calindy...they are all cool shots and always a treat coming in here and seeing them all.

Anyhoots....here's a few shots of our hike. It's great that we don't have to go very far around here, plus we always have the trails to ourselves....ok...we might run into the occasional neighbor out getting firewood or a neighbor out grouse or mushroom hunting, but very seldom.

Our goal, to an old slash pile via an old logging road. This mountain had a nasty little fire a year before we moved here. It's still pretty and fun watching it grow back little by little. I always sit and watch the elk and moose roam the hill side.

Two hours later.....we made our goal. It wasn't quite the top, but the view was still breath taking. You can barely make out the Upper Columbia River and the town of Northport sitting along it's banks.

Our place is there somewhere.

This shot shows our roof a little better......I think...(squinting a little).

Home sweet home. And man....I was glad to get back down. I swear it was raining ticks up there. I'll be itching all the rest of the day and into the night.

Well, time to grab something cold to drink and head down to the fishing hole.

Hope everyone is doing great and keep on keepin' on......... :2thumbsup:
