Per CHP Fire is aprox 1,000 feet from the I15

I've been listening and have not heard that being reported.

An aircraft went off radar near that area....Did I hear that right??

2 air tankers sufficient or would you like more? Air attack to Dispatch: CHP helicopter low level over the fire; unable to do anything with fixed wing until CHP clears the airspace; doing that right now; IC to Dispatch: 10 to 15 acres with moderate rate of spread

Air does not think it can be held at the road

Fire is about 30 to 40 acres.

Fire is burning south towards 138 and west towards the 15.

East perimeter is 100 yards from  500KV powerlines but no threat. West head is about 1 mile from the 15. Fire is now holding on 138.
