OMG that is so funny. Can't we get signs like that around here? They would definitely attract attention!  ;D

Will we have to fly the Canadian flag over it though?    On the hikes through the forest, Nolena will have to leave her remote control fart machine at home unless it has spark arresters.

Is there another level?   Extreme just seems so final.  Perhaps we could find levels in between.  It makes me so jumpy being so hot and dry.   I heard a helicopter yesterday and immediately came here to see if something was going on.   Last night it was cool enough for me to want a small fire in the fireplace but I didn't want to worry anyone.

Thankfully, the revision cleared up some misconceptions about stove use in and out of developed sites.. that was going to be a nightmare, otherwise.

Under the National Fire Danger Rating System, Extreme is the highest level.  the forest service has added another level called "Critical" and that usually doesn't come into play until there are closures of some sort.  So, the ANF could bump it up to critical, but that would mean they are planning on closing some or all of the forest.  I have no idea where they are in discussions about that issue.

Actually it's not a machine, but a condition!
