You take a copy of either the edison or the gas bill--whichever is the higher--along with your DL showing your address. The bill has to be on either your home or the property you are renting.
Take it to the local assistance center at the top of Elm at camp wrightwood and get in the que as there were a lot of folks there today and will probably be the same tomorrow.
