Good morning. Stumbled across this article and analysis from the Arizona Republic and USA Today. Interesting and sobering information, though not telling us anything we don't already know.

I just listened to a few of those 911 calls. That was a mistake, made this grown man cry in his office at work.
Makes you realize how much we need to prepare and have a plan for evacuations. Does CERT have a plan? Just wondering
