In Unincorporated San Bernardino County
Possession of any fireworks is illegal. Fire and law enforcement officials will confiscate any fireworks and issue citations to the offender. If misused fireworks cause a fire, the responsible persons are likely to face criminal charges and liability for damages.

They are also illegal in the Angeles National Forest and National Monument.
