Where I used to live, you'd go in the Post Office, and you could hear the phone ringing in the back.  No one ever answered it.

Ok. THANKS!! That worked!! My phone said 760 249-5053 belonged to an individual but on my 2nd try, I got through and I think I have a resolution. Whoo-Hoo!!
