Furniture donations/give away
« on: Jul 31, 09, 08:25:00 PM »
I have just spent an hour calling every thrift shop around, and as I thought (because I did this a few years ago) none of them come up to Wrightwood.  Does anyone know of one that does, or a church or local group/family/etc that could use furniture items.  Have a very serviceable loveseat, an oak coffee table, a glass front radio cabinet and a few other smaller items.  My problem is that I don't have the time to piecemeal them with Craig's List right now and don't want to have to rent a truck and haul them to the dump - they are still useable!
Our fate lives within us, you only have to be brave enough to see it.

I have put items out front with a sign that says FREE.  It works.

Hello all,

During the evac we stayed with a dear friend living in Pinion Hills.  She is now returning to Wrightwood.  Problem is...she needs a refrigerator.

Does anyone have one at a reasonable (very) price?  I believe she'll be moving within the next week or two.

If you have a lead, please let me know.

Thanks.
