U.S. Forest Service firefighters are continuing work on the 50-acre #KeenbrookFire along I-15 in the Cajon Pass today. Containment remains at 50%. 85 personnnel are on scene with one helicopter assigned. The cause is under investigation.

Containment on the #KeenbrookFire along I-15 in the Cajon Pass has increased to 75%. And due to better mapping, the fire's size sits at 53 acres. The fire will be staffed overnight with more crews returning in the morning.

Due to the #KeenbrookFire, phones/internet have been down at the Front Country Ranger District office. The visitor center at Lytle Creek will be closed until further notice. For recreation information, please call forest HQ at 909-382-2600 on Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
