Cheapskate - Yes. But the County stats also show the doubling time for positives slowing slightly. That is marginally good news to me. It seems that the virus is just now moving into rural areas here and across the country.
I don't see significant testing taking place. As of yesterday, out of a population of 2 million in SB County - there have been 19,964 tests. Of those, 10.5% were positive.

Phelan - 9 positives, 79 tests
Pinon Hills - 3 positives, 22 tests
There have been no deaths in the Tri-Community due to the virus.
