It was definitely ageing, but I agree that the actual quality of the drive is now a lot worse. Wish they would do a better job.

I would assume so. Pretty sure they're talking about those indents running along the side of the road that make noise when you drift out of the lane

I doubt that they are permanent. Just to slow people down so they don't hit workers.
