City officials said Sam’s Club has purchased a 6.5-acre property at Amargosa Road and Key Pointe Avenue, just west of the I-15, near the Holiday Inn.
“Currently in the entitlement phase, the City is working closely with Sam’s Club to move this project forward,” stated city officials.
“As the first Sam’s Club in the Mojave River Valley region, this acquisition represents a significant addition to the City’s growing retail landscape, enhancing the shopping experience for Hesperia’s residents and neighboring communities,” stated Kelly Brady, Public Relations Analyst, for the City of Hesperia. “This investment by Sam’s Club reflects the continued appeal of Hesperia as a prime destination for businesses seeking to serve the Mojave River Valley region.”
