Cell phone outage 11-13-24

CHP - Victorville

This morning on interstate 15 between Bear Valley and Main Street, a construction vehicle struck a fiber optic cable, causing it to fall across all lanes of traffic. Both directions to the freeway were shut down for approximately one hour while crews assessed the cable. Ultimately they were able to cut it and remove it from traffic lanes. Expect delays in the area while crews continue to work.
