SD - There are a couple of us who have purchased digital SLRS up here and we are looking for a class to attend... Maybe you should have a workshop or something - I bet you would be a good teacher  :)

There are a lot of semi-pro/pros in town and teaching them would be awful big shoes to wear.  However, I am working on a Technology in Teaching supplemental authorization that would allow me to teach digital imaging/photography.  Maybe a few "guinea pigs" that feel they are real beginners might be a good to start.

I am no teacher but I do have a photography group on Care 2.com where we all post pictures and help each other thru comments.  I have tons of learning articles posted there....

If you are interested, let me know via pm and give me your email and I will send you an invite.

It's a neat group as we have people from all over the world.  You get to see things from other countries you would not typically see.

Hi! I have been reading the forum for a couple of weeks now- I love all the photos everyone has posted-- thought I would post a couple of shots I took at Jackson Flat last summer-- I'm new to the area and would be interested if you guys ever decided to get together for a class or just to go shoot! I'd love to get to know the area better!

thank you- it looks like these were from 1 second to 8 second exposures... I was experimenting... :)

My best friends Hubby was deployed to Iraq in January (he is in the AF Reserve) he is stationed just outside of Baghdad where alot of the fighting has been recently, we have all been extreamly worried, and today I get tthe proof that there is reason to be concerned. WARNING!!!! These may not be for the faint of heart!!!








Now I know I had reason to worry....LOL

I am very happy to announce that "Super Chicken" has landed back on USA soil, unplucked, feathers a little ruffled, but no worse for the wear! He is now home freezing his tail feathers off in Wisconson, lol.

The eye of a horse is one of the largest of the mammals.  It really gathers a lot of light and information.  In this case, Cinbad's eye looks more like a mirror.  By request from someone with troubled thoughts tonight.  Hope this cheers you up-take your medication, will you?....
