Is that a waterfall?

Whats on the face of the mountain slide near Guffy?  Is it ice or a waterfall?  (I would post a photo, but I never got the hang of how to do so on this site.)

Are you speaking about the Pine Mountain "slide" as seen looking South from Guffy?
