The Wrightwood Historical Museum is looking for photographs and artifacts of early day Boy Souts and Girl Scouts in Wrightwood and adjacent communites. As near as we can tell, these special groups have been with us since 1928 (organized camps in Big Pines) and 1931 in Wrightwood itself. Not to minimize the contribution of the decades of scouts that we have had up to present time...we are looking for items from 1930s to the 1970s, this can also include news ciippings and such.
We salute our first Eagle Scout in Wrightwood, Dana Mosell, and all the ones that followed after.
