Who was feeding the deer (you can see the grain in the pic)?  Fish and game folks or just civilians?

That's an incredible sight, SkierBob!  I've never seen that many deer in one group.   :o  Where were those pics taken?  The deer sure don't seem very afraid of people.......

It's Montana greenies feeding them.  It's popular to feed them corn and hay.  Some can't digest the corn and hay and it kills them.  Others die from starvation when the feeding stops or the demand is increased by more deer coming into the area due to the unnatural food source. 

There's probably a mountain lion just off the trail too..
