Ham "grab & go" kits

Hi - a friend sent me this list of articles on what some hams have done about a kit for quick ham action, in case of emergencies.  Some are homebuilt, some are more formal.  It's a good thought-exercise to figure what hams should keep in their own emergency kits......planning is always key!
