Here are a few more details on some of the items for sale - I can't remember all the prices, everything is at the house and I'm here in Wrightwood. If you want specific pricing on something, send me a message and I'll check when I go down to the house on Tuesday.
This list is only the beginning - every room in the house, plus the garage, has tables full of stuff.
- Vintage (anywhere from early 1900's to 1960's):
Items include linens and hand made crocheted items, jewelry, records, ornaments, lamps, souvenirs, dolls, wash tub, child's rocking chair, child's doll crib, toys, silver set, knife set, salt and pepper shakers, figurines (No Hummels), war ration book, glassware and dishes, bread maker, newspaper from when Kennedy was assassinated, pink depression glass, Disneyland coupons, Royal typewriter, old red wagon, snow sled, tea cups and saucers, etc, etc.
Furniture Info:
- Couch is a smaller one in a blue print, good for a cabin or spare room. There is a matching rocking chair, will sell together or separate.
- Book case, dressers (3), hutches (2), bedroom set (full), are all in maple, nice hard solid wood in great condition - not the boxed furniture you buy and put together from WalMart.
- Roll top desk is small, not the kind you sit at and not an antique - but great storage for a small space.
- TV Cabinet - oak, with lots of drawers and storage
- Filing Cabinets - two metal, one is nice and one is clunky. Also one unique wood one on a metal stand.
- Computer desk is only a couple years old and rarely used, very nice with storage and a hutch.
- Occasional tables - at least 6 of these in a variety of styles.
- Day bed with trundle and pink floral bedding
- Singer sewing machine in cabinet with chair
- Vintage Secretary tall desk, dovetailed drawers, etc
- Maybe more stuff, doing this from memory
Housewares:
- Includes microwave, pots and pans, toasters (3), coffee makers/pots, food processor, mixer, pie plates, dishes, glassware, plates, tablecloths, ice cream makers (2), indoor grill, tall freezer, tupperware, utensils, salad spinner, Princess House glasses, dessert sets, punch bowl, sprout dryer, humidifier, sheet sets (full and queen), laundry hamper, lots of wall hangings, and the list goes on.
Garage and Outdoor:
Most of the garage tools and such were sold 2 years ago. What's left includes storage shelves, work chairs, Craftsman 10" table saw, a few hand tools, Sears Shredder/Chipper, white iron oval patio table with 4 chairs, 2 white high back plastic chairs, 2 low back plastic chairs, black wrought iron patio side tables, wonderful weather vane for your roof or outdoor post, staple gun, nail gun, stud finder, etc, etc.
Art Supplies and Crafts:
- Drafting table, several easels, light table, large white wood flat file cabinet, watercolor paper and boards, mats and backing, canvas, frames, framing supplies, cut howlite stone, ceramics to pain on, goose eggs to paint on, egg blower, embroidery thread, sewing kits, etc, etc.
Art Work for Sale:
Original art by Maxine Taylor, as well as prints. Some framed, some just on canvas, some started but never completed. Most of her art is of birds, quail, nature, flowers, hummingbirds, as well as local scenes like Vincent's Cabin.
Other Stuff:
- Office supplies, paper cutter, Guitar Hero guitar with CD, Rock Band drum set - no CD, bird feeders, lamps, canvas firewood bag, collectible plates, lots of bird and quail figurines and decorations, old Coke bottles, mason canning jars, etc, etc....
