Did something happen with the classifieds recently? I've posted quite a few ads in the past and never had a problem but when I just went to post a couple new ones, it couldn't find my email address as a registered user. I had to re-register?! Were they re-set in the last 6 months or so (that's about how long its been since I've posted)?

snwbnny nothing has changed with the free classified other than the number of spam postings that are attempted. For each good local ad there are at least 20 out of country attempts. Since each ad is screened before it's approved it does take a couple of days for me to review each ad.

Hmmm, wonder why it couldn't find me then. I've posted numerous ads in the past but my email and password wasn't working so I tried having it send me my password and it didn't recognize my email address. I've been using the same email for over 10 years. No biggie now, I re-registered. Just thought it was strange.

I had the exact same problem. My initial ads were lost prior to approval and then my e-mail address wasn't recognized when I attempted to resubmit them. It all worked out eventually but I think you have a glitch somewhere in the system.

I have some Advantage for cats (0-9 lbs). Each box has 6 doses (new/unused products) I have 2 boxes that I will sell for 45 bucks a box. That's a pretty good deal!!!

Also, I have one box of Frontline Plus for cats & kittens (6 doses) That I will sell for 65 bucks for the box (new/unused product).

I bought them for some abandoned rabbits that we took in to deflea them. I didn't need as much as I thought I would.

I can deliver in the Wrightwood area.

The program does purge inactive user accounts after 90 days. That helps eliminate the large number of spam users that sign up.

The Free Classified sections works but the spam postings from other countries is more dominate than real local ads.

Here's tonight stats when the newly posted ads were reviewed:
There were 59 new (spam) ads deleted and 7 (local merchandise) activated.

We are replacing our flooring due to a leak by the sink. Most of it is perfect. It is outside and will be gone by 1 o'clock, as soon as Lowe's installers leave. I hope someone can use this and it won't just go to the dump.

Selling our vacation home in Wrightwood and have excellent, like new furniture for sale. New pine bedroom set with perfect mattress and box spring. Blue denim sofa and chair. Trestle dinning table and four chairs. TVs. Pine bar table and two bar chairs. Plus other misc items.
