JPL Table Mountain 2 meter repeater maintenance scheduled (important notice)
The Table Mountain Repeater at 145.280 (-) 131.8 will be removed for service on Saturday Aug 23, 2014 at approximately 1000 hrs due to low audio output. Repeater Trustee Bill Wood W6FXJ will be doing bench work on the repeater with plans to put the repeater back in operation on Saturday Aug 30, 2014.
Alternative repeater and frequencies in case of emergency or disaster during the maintenance outage
1) Primary local repeater that should be used during this outage - Table Mountain 440 repeater 447.200 (-) 94.8
2) Monitored and available: KW6WW 2m repeater 147.240 (+) 91.5
3) Primary simplex frequency: 145.525 (no tone)
4) Ready to be deployed if necessary: KW6WW Emergency portable 2m repeater #2

KW6WW Weekly Disaster Preparedness Net (important notice)
The Net meets weekly on Sunday evenings, at 1800 hrs normally on the Table Mountain 2 meter repeater.
Sunday Aug 24th the Net will be held on the Table Mountain 440 repeater 447.200 (-) 94.8
Simplex Testing
All stations are requested to participate in a Simplex Test Net immediately following the repeater net above. The Simplex Frequency is 145.525 (no tone).
HF Testing
We do have a weekly HF net(s) for those of you who have HF ability.
The 80 meter test begins at 1730 hrs with the primary frequency at 3.9875 MHz (+/-) followed by a 40 meter net at 7.235 (+/-)
