With the National Monument page displaying the closed ares known as Williamson Rock here's an update on it's status:

Description: A proposal to provide limited recreational access to a critical wildlife habitat area, with seasonal and long term closures, a user permit system, and construction of a trail, trail bridge, and minor improvements to staging areas and trailheads.

Looking at the new future in many of the forest/monument areas.  Can't wait to see how they will fund a "citation capable" Forest Service person who will be strictly assigned to the Williamson Rock area each day.

That's your new job, Jim.
It's the Public Relations/Patrol/Citation Enforcement position.
It's totally fee funded, so work really, really hard.
You get to live in a tent at Williamson Rock during your shift.

As long as I can camp near Little Rock Creek and fish every day........which is just as likely to happen as funding a full time watch dog.
