Dollar Tree has its charms (mainly a wide selection and everything is $1). If you think Dollar General is the same thing, you've never been in both. I was hoping Anderson's True Value would move next to Staters, but oh well, a decent tenant beats a vacant building. I hope it's a full-size Starbucks, that will be a nice addition for our Phelan neighbors. Village Grind is OK considering the circumstances (like all WW food service it's limited by septic vs. sewer), but its interior is cramped/uncomfortable. Let's get real, Starbucks has better products, better amenities, and lots of folks are going to mix it in with their Staters trip.
