Bushmills has been our choice.

The smell is incredible while this is cooking as the whiskey, spices and veggies are such a great combination.
You can also throw some new potatoes in the pot if you'd like. (add those in with about 10 minutes before brisket is finshed and cook along with cabbage)
I'm hard pressed to tell you my favorite - eating the corned beef meal plated up or baking a fresh loaf of homemade dark pumpernickel rye bread - then building sandwiches with the corned beef, sauce, straight horseradish and slices of homemade kosher dill pickles.
Now you've got me really hungry!BTW... Bonnie's corned beef meal last night at the Yodeler was excellent!
