Wonder why everyone is not screaming about coming to this family's aid ???

Last time we had a house fire posted on here, people were pushing eachother out of line to jump in line first....

:stop:   What's wrong with trying to be helpful? In any case, I think the other incident has been covered ad nauseum elsewhere, don't you think?

That's not saying that help won't be offered.  The last case talked about a family displaced with nowhere to go who had lost everything.  In this case there are relatives in town.  I'm sure smoke and water damage has also ruined everything in this house, but it's not as dramatic a loss and there has not yet been a cry for help.  You can bet that if there is a need, WW residents will be there to help out.

Not to belittle the effect on the family, but being an animal lover... Any news on the cat the lady was asking after? Would like to think that everyone got out okay.

The cat did not survive and was buried later that day.
