What they heck do they know?
Something I will give thanks for this week, the beauty that we get to live in daily.

That's an incredible pic, SD.  The colors are just amazing.   :2thumbsup:  It actually looks like some artist's exaggerated rendition of a sky painting.

I never see sunrises, I have to wait till sunset to get my dose of sky color.   ;)

Thanks FG,
I had to flip a U and go back to the house to get a camera.  I have cameras at work but I didn't have one on me.  In this shot, I did not boost the saturation or vibrancy.  This is close as I could get to how it actually looked, the local houses were all glowing gold with the reflection of the sky.   It was more amazing than captured.

Great picture Surfdaddy. I have decided that I'm going to take a picture every morning from that vantage, unless the sun is in my face.  I treasure that view on my way to work everyday.

Thanks Tooslim!
You might want to try it even with the sun, you just might get an artistic serendipitous flare shot.

SD, hope you don't mind, but I set this pic as my desktop background for now.  I thought it was looking down LPC, but when the pic is enlarged, it looks more like 2 lanes, like on the freeway.  Just curious where you shot the pic.

Thanks FG,
It is just a shot going down the hill,
I pulled over about half way.  Here is one where I shopped out the curve so it looks like I am in the street.

BTW, of course I don't mind...

That's gorgeous.  My co-workers don't understand why I make the commute to live up here, that view is one of the many reasons.  Because no matter how much pain or sadness I see at work, (ARMC), that view just melts the stress off, and life is new again.
Thankyou surferdude.

I looked at some of your pictures and I really like the one you titled, "Cajoncludusk".
