Commercials/films/commercial photography in the ANF...
Have you recognized the ANF in the media? (please include text descriptions of your links as web media tends to come and go)

What: 2012 Mercedes M-Class
Where: some shots before Vincent Gap, some beyond.
Detail: filmed not long after ACH was freshly repaved/sealed.  May have used some sort of giant fog machine to add fog in the trees.

I saw this commercial the last week on MNF and again tonight...I looked all over for it, thanks.
BTW, they can clean up the road and add fog easily with CGI.
Well done commercial.

I saw a news van yesterday around 4:30 filming somebody talking near the market.  I didn't notice anything on TV so I don't know what it was about.

Noticed a Large White Van with a dome on top of it yesterday parked in front of Navitat.  Turns out they were filming a Geiko commercial around town and after wrapping it up the crew wanted to take the Canopy Tour.   ;D

What was the name of that John Wayne film that had parts shot up here? The gas station has a still picture from the movie.

John Wayne was in WW?  That's pretty cool....

I remember walking past the Fire Station years ago and they were filming a movie with, then the not so popular, Matthew Mcconaughey.  We talked to his stand in for a bit and watched them shoot a few scenes.  Can't remember the name of the movie.....
