i'm looking for a older mans 3 speed bike. something that's seen a lot of use, but still has all the parts and is in more or less working order. i have lots of stuff to barter or i have (gulp) cash. if it's cash, i'm willing to pay up to 50 bucks.

Wanted! I am looking for tires for my backhoe.  Can't afford new ones right now but would be thrilled to get a hold of used ones.  Does anyone know of any 16.9 28.  Maybe something taking up space in a back yard, or possibly an equipment yard that has used ones stored.  Not expecting free, but cheaper would be helpful!  Any ideas welcome!  Thanks!  P.M. or call at 760-249-3021.

Yes, they don't have used in that size.  Cheapest new one is $555. plus tax.  We just don't have that right now. Thanks for the thought!
