i have a really nice roller inductor MFJ-962D antenna tuner. it will handle 1.5 KW for all you big strappers out there. These regularly go for around $200.00 to $225.00 on QRZ. i'm selling mine for $175.00,it comes with the user manual.

I am looking to get rid of our Kenmore washer, top load! Might be worth repairing for someone or can be taken apart just to use the pieces.  Clutch is going out and it was starting to leak a little from the bottom. Asking $25

We had to cut down a tall juniper.. well, technically it fell down and crashed on a roof. Not sure you
would want to burn juniper wood.. but there are some nice stumps and some long branch pieces you
could use for garden beds. All are cleaned of green branches. Oh, and its FREE!! Fairly easy access to
it .. as in its about 20 or so feet from one of our driveways. We're in Pinon Hills on Green Rd.
