Since there is already a no recreational target shooting in any national forest in So cal, unless it's within a sanctioned public range such as the Angeles Range, Burro Range, Lytle Creek, Burbank Gun Club, West End and the Desert Marksman Range of which the last two are Private but all located within ANF  National Forest. The Lytle Creek and West End within the SBNF. How does this effect them? The Range Masters would be in control of non steel ammunition, ie, Wolf steel case and steel core known to create sparking upon ricochet's and should be inspected by the range masters. This is posted to not use this ammunition at these ranges. The private ranges I've attended are on top of that issue. However, the public ranges such as Burro and Lytle creek range masters do not check what ammunition is being used (because it's stated in signage) which is within the SBC. I applaud the effort, I question the enforcement.
