May I suggest that you be more specific about the topic. There are a lot of meetings in Wrightwood and if your goal is to get people to show up, it needs to be more specific and also posted on Facebook which is where a lot of folks get their information. Posting the agenda would be a smart idea as well so people don't have to search for it.

After reading the OP, I googled "wrightwood csd".  The meeting agenda, board packet, and previous meeting info was all readily available on the home page when I tapped the first link.

If that is too large a feat for an individual to overcome, I wouldn't too much weight into that individuals input regarding community matters (should they actually show up to a meeting, which is not likely); I'd predict that any input from them should they show up to be obviously self-serving, and deserving of little to any time from the Board

Edit: posting meeting info on this site is a courtesy (I doubt Robert-roos requires forum/social media notification) and should be treated as such, imho.

That's a pretty rude comment and demeaning of our community at large.

The CSD is trying to encourage more people to come to meetings but one of the biggest issues for poor attendace is that people are not made aware of the meetings the through social media outlets that they use. How hard is it to post on more than one site and more than a week in advance so people can plan?

I do quite a bit of volunteer public relations for the community and it takes all of a few minutes to reach 4-5 tri-community promotional outlets. Facebook is a popular go-to site for information and should be taken advange of.

imho?  Lol, none of this appears to be written by a humble individual.  I agree with tlc.
