Music in the Pines--2023
« on: Jun 29, 23, 10:09:49 PM »
If you missed the opening MITP concert tonight you really missed a good one! Michelle & Walt were the perfect opening act and the 2nd, a local country group was great and had a lot of audience participation--both young and old. The "boot-scootin'" was enjoyed by all! By my estimate there was approximately 500 attendees!

The Music in the Pines summer concert fun continues on Thursday, July 24, from 6 to 9 p.m., again at the Wrightwood Community Building parking lot. This evening features country singer-songwriter Sofie Tabesh, whose sound fuses country roots with a rock influence. Also taking the stage is ACME Time Machine, delivering crowd-pleasing rock ’n’ roll oldies from the ’50s, ’60s, and beyond. All Music in the Pines concerts are free and open to the public. The concert venue is located in the Vivian Null Park parking lot area, between Park Drive and Pine Street off Highway 2.
