Tumblebush, these are great! Especially the deer photo. May I download it for my screen saver?

Is this the Pacific Northwest? I don't recall where your pictures are taken.

I also have to say that your tagline cracks me up!

Tumblebush, this picture is amazing!    Have you considered using it for a Christmas card, or even selling it to Hallmark?  I don't know how that works, but thanks for sharing.  Was that taken in your yard?

Thanks. And as for selling pics like that. Heck, everyone up here would be rich. And yes, thats my living yard art. They come in for their salt lick and look around the house to see what there is to nibble on. Mostly shrubs and old garden plants. It's so temping to want to feed them in the winter, but it's not right or natural and could be bad for them.

One of my sisters lives in Portland, and during my last visit up there in mid-Sept., I walked in the neighborhood several times (NW Portland, near Forest Park).  There were several lovely gardens, with many pots of geranium stems.  In other words, the flowers were all gone, just pots of stems.  And we knew who the culprits are!  They get deer all the time in their yards.  Up here, it's a real treat to see one out in the forest.

And, I stole this photo for my wallpaper on the computer for now, it's perfect for the holiday season.   :2thumbsup:  Hope you don't mind.

Yeah, they can be quite destructive on a garden, that's why I just plant mostly Daffodils around here. They don't like them. Although occasionally a yearling will sample one and spit it out.

This pug kept staring at my camera so I had to take a few pictures of him.
At the dog park in Pasadena.

This is Mogli, my beauty.  He was very depressed today that he could not go play in the snow..  I took him out for a bit and he did enjoy that but not like before his leg was injured.  He can't run and play like before.....

Thank you AW.
Look how long those whiskers are! Soooo long!

Looks like Mogli was perfectly still except for his right ear. Was he trying to shake off the snow?
