Great shots, SD!  That panda is gorgeous!  Is that your son with the giraffe?  Cute little tyke!
Sure is,,,Thank you!
The SD Zoo has a program that lets you feed the giraffe and the proceeds go to the underprivileged in Africa.
The keeper said the monies from just  giraffe feeding session will feed a child in Africa for a whole year.

Wow SD you have a GREAT eye for pics!  I never doubted that you would really excel in this area.

Myself sad to say my learnin curve is still pretty flat in the pic department.  Sad to say as my Nikon D90 is capable of much more.  One day I will have more time to devote to it :)
Imma rob a bank soon to get a sports lens too :D ha ha j/k

I don't think I posted this pic here yet... forgive me if I have.

Mogli at the Walk for Animals.  We only did one lap as it was his first time at an event in his chair.  It is very hard to get him in and out so he was in it the whole time.  We stayed for about an hour.  He seemed to have a good time.

I saw that dog in town yesterday, and I thought "Bless that dog owner!".   :)   I see so many dogs, especially during Mountaineer Days, just doing dances because the pavement is burning their paws.  I always think that if a person can't walk barefooted on pavement cuz it's too hot, that the poor animals shouldn't be subjected to it either.   >:(

Kara and Mogli.  Kara is now 1 years old and huge.  She is the one who motivated my Mogli to walk and even run.  I am so glad I rescued her from the shelter!!!
