Yes it's a cut down plastic trash can. It holds 10 gallons.
The smaller guzzler is a plastic cut down waste basket. It holds about a gallon.
I go up every day more often then not, more to retrieve the memory chip then to fill the water. The batteries last about a month, and the 2gig memory chip would last even longer. Most recently I hadn't been up for two days. The large guzzler was down about 2 inches, and the smaller guzzler was empty. Activity is up and I'll probably make the smaller guzzler a little larger.
I bring up 10 gallons and always pour the entire 10 gallons in the guzzler to keep it fresh. I've never added more then 3 gallons before it starts to overflow.
