There's a block of salt just out of the picture on the left. The bucks are starting to go for the salt as they crave it in the spring during antler devopement. This is a Bushnell camera my neighbor loaned me. I like the image quality. The infarred quit working on my camera and I sent it back to the manufacture.

They're really going for the salt all the sudden. I've captured over 60 pictures of deer in the last 24 hours.

The Bobcat is back

I've been wondering why so many Deer have been rumaging around in the dirt by the guzzler and it occured to me that's where I originally had put the salt lick.

The camera is in direct sunlight most of day now.

The deer know I've moved the camera and they're curious

I think we're going to see some antlers on this fella pretty soon. I think he's the same buck I saw last winter with a full rack.

The brush and grasses are really drying out, and the animals are starting to drink more. I'm going through about 2 gallons a day.
