This morning a large owl visited the guzzler that had a wing span of at least 40".

The type of owl is probably the Southern spotted owl (Strix occidentalis) as a nesting site was identified nearby during a fuel modification.

I've noticed over a period of time that wildlife with heavy insulation like an owl or fox does not always trigger motion detection so I'm trying out another camera.

You guys are getting very good at this.  Video would be excellent!  Interesting that the Coyotes all seem so nervous.  I thought they become much more bold in urban settings.

If that's a PVC pipe I see the bear chewing on, you might want to check it.
