it's light reflecting off of a vice i was using in a machining operation at work. for some reason it look a lot cooler when i decided to post it, then it does now

I took this one from Helicopter Hill a week or so ago.

I hadn't been there in years and I couldn't believe all the trash and crap up there...it's sad.

One of my favorite forest roads is the 3n31 the Lytle Creek truck trail, (just before Clydes). It has a great view at the top over looking Baldy Mesa and the 15 winding it's way up the hill. It goes over to Sheep Creek Rd and I decided to ride it back the opposite direction. Coming back down I noticed the ranch from a different prospective.

We'll have to get you up on the blue Ridge road sometime.

how is it going up to the top, i have only been part way up as i was alone and did not know if there was a turn around....... that is where i took the pic of the snake..... i'd like to go all the way up...

Thanks bud, It was one of those days to put the tools down and head off on a dual sport ride to decompress.

The photo's where shot with my old Canon G-3 that fits nicely into my Camel Back. Not bad for an old 4mp pocket cam.

I found this guy hanging out on the side of the house this morning. I don't have a dedicated Macro lens.....yet. But the one I used today worked out ok. When I left for work in the morning it was there, I came home for lunch it was still there, and even still there when I came home tonight.

Nice wildflower photo! Wildflowers anywhere are very special and Colorado, they are spectacular. The depth of field makes the shot very interesting.

Love the wildflower...and the Lakeshot Nolena....very nice reflection of the mountains in the water...
Wildman has an incredible view.....especially sunrises! But you have to up early to catch them...
