And since the old barns are starting to thaw and I was able to walk on top of the snow this morning without snowshoes on...I decided to walk over and click a couple shots off. It's too cool to hike on top of 2ft of snow like it was concrete. Like walking on water.....oh....wait....I guess it is water...just the frozen kind.

Thanks, the pictures don't show how beautiful it really is! I kept spinning that polarizing lens around and around. It finally just fell off my camera on the ground.

I guess I was unscrewing it.

Got to turn it clockwise from now on.

So are you saying I should make a topic for the flowers on Santa Paula Peak? I couldn't find any wildflowers album. Where is that?

I was wondering if anyone thinks the snow on the left is the Blue Ridge section of the San Gabriel Mountains. Maybe the high peak on the far left is Baden Powell?

Our daughter (on right) passed her State Board exam and is now a licensed RN!!

She is now an Emergency Room nurse! We are so proud!

Kristal, you will see some of the ugliest parts of nursing in the ER with many of the trauma patients. Be strong and don't let it get to you too badly.
