Is no one concerned with the little or poor communications from "Wes"? Where's this "new web page"? If they can't get a webpage up in 10 minutes how will the provide stellar connectivity to a community? Don't mean to be a negative nelly; just calling out the obvious. Section 2 anxiously waiting!

I think this is a great example of something called "The 90 - 90 rule of project development." It states that 90% of a project takes 90% of the allotted time. The remaining 10% of a project takes 90% of the allotted time.
From the posts that have been made, I think UIA has everything poised, ready to go up the instant "the powers that be" say okay.
Until then, the web site can't really say much more than "coming soon" -- and the web site is up.
I can reach it through my phone just fine if I use AT&T's network. It is not reachable through Frontier, or anyone who resells Frontier DSL (like DSL Extreme). Hard to say, but I think it's a Frontier problem.
Months ago, one of the Zubers described the process like building a house. Not much happens at the beginning while plans are being drawn, reviewed and permitted, then one day most of the walls are up and things move fast.
Like you, I want to see section 2 go up quickly -- because the sooner it's done, the sooner they can move to the next section.
