Interesting pictures, Wrightwood!  Thanks for sharing.  That owl is beautiful.  The pigeons are the only birds that aren't welcome in my yard, when they come to the bird feeder.  They are so messy, and so many of them arrive at once.      I chase them away if I see them, and my little dog does the same if she happens to be out back.  All the other birds are welcome.

Looks like a guilty teenager sneeking a swim in the neighbors pool.  The infrared really opens up viewing the guzzler during times you previously couldn't tell who had been there.  Good stuff.

Does appear to be a male bear
