Google WiFi routers are not vulnerable to this attack and further more they do automatic updates so I trust them.. mostly.
Our ReadyNet router is also not vulnerable to this attack.
Other popular routers are however, specifically the NightHawk which I think is a way overrated and under engineered router, just the worst.
My recommendation is to always purchase a router that makes automatic updates, much like computers do nowadays.
For all of those reading this thread;
Unplugging them is not a bad idea to reset everything but by no means a cure, a better router is the cure. If you don't like our ReadyNet that we supply or need whole house coverage
and trouble free get that Google WiFi Mesh, I can't overstate how well this router works.
