Thought I saw the Post Office light up on the Mtn Hardware cam but not sure.

From what I can hear, he is circling above the central part of town, been hearing him nonstop from Rivera.

Helicopter circling and shining light into the wash. Sheriff car seen driving down into the wash. Today between 3 and 4 I saw a red truck driving out of the wash. Anyone have an idea of what is going on?

Driving up the 2, as we pasted Desert Front Rd, we could see the helicopter at the very far end of East Canyon. It hovered for a few minutes, then turned and flew past town towards Mt. High. It turned around again slowly made it's way back towards town. They were lighting up the wash and also between some houses. It would appear to be looking for someone on foot. Sheriff is backed in at Benny's Board Shop, just watching the highway.

Sounds like the search with patrol cars with search lights is now in the Lark area.

The search is for an 80 year old male who has been missing since this afternoon. The Wrightwood Search and Rescue Team is checking the wash between Spruce Street and the county line. I turned on all the outside lighting at my house and will keep a lookout for anyone wondering around.

actually only about 15 minutes and looks like over the sheep creek wash. no scanner or ham traffic....
